Send us your caravan’s make and model, your preferred start date and your contact details. Mention any particular access needs. Submitting a request is provisional; it does not take payment or guarantee that a space is reserved. We review the details and contact you about the next step.
How your booking works
- Request a space. Send your details and preferred start date. We check suitability and availability and give a same-day reply.
- Accept the terms and set up Direct Debit. After we approve your request, your private booking link takes you through the storage terms and GoCardless setup.
- Receive your welcome information. Once Direct Debit setup is finalised, we review everything and manually approve access. Your private welcome information includes your allocated space, the full address and precise arrival location. These are released only after final approval and allocation.

Caravan storage is £50 per month. You can request a space without making a payment; we check availability and suitability first.
Can I collect my caravan early in the morning or return late?
Yes. Once we have approved your access, you can use the yard 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This includes early departures and late returns. Please arrange your first visit with us in advance.
Is the caravan storage indoors or outdoors?
Caravans are stored outdoors on a hard-gravelled yard, with spaces separated by Heras fencing. The site has a secure gate and CCTV at the entrance.
When will I receive the full address?
For security, we share the full address and precise arrival location privately only after your booking is confirmed, your space is allocated and we give final access approval.
What should I include in my request?
Your name, email address, phone number, caravan make and model, and preferred start date. There is also space to tell us about any particular requirements. We give a same-day reply.
